The National Monitoring Center ensures the monitoring of the physiological functions of the patient and remote diagnostics, under the supervision of experts in the comfort of home.
Telemedicine acts as a supportive treatment for the elderly, patients with chronic diseases, for patients after hospitalization and others.
Regular measurement and evaluation of measured values will enable physicians to react promptly to changes in your health condition (flexible treatment of medication, more accurate diagnosis), thus avoiding unnecessary (repeated) hospitalization.
At present, we are able to capture, transmit, display and evaluate:
- blood pressure (blood pressure monitor)
- saturation of blood with oxygen and pulse (oximeter)
- breath function (spirometer)
- blood sugar with monitoring insulin dosage (glucometer)
- cardiac action (single-channel and three-channel ECG, including motion recording with unlimited recording duration)
- temperature (infrared and continuous thermometer)
- weight (weight, including the proportion of fat, water and muscle)
- blood coagulation monitoring PT / INR
What are your problems?
Cardiovascular diseases / heart problems
Multiple daily / weekly / long-term ECG holter. For patients with indicated or suspected arrhythmias of heart rhythm, atrial fibrillation, or other cardiac disease or suspicion of a cardiovascular disorder. The patient receives a 1-3-channel ECG holter of matchbox size, which is currently the smallest and most comfortable on the market. After a brief training, the patient is monitored for the required time (with the agreement with a cardiologist or an individual agreement), whereas he live a normal life (work, sport, sleep). Once the monitoring is completed, our cardiologists will evaluate the ECG and recommend further steps. We are able to pass all your data to your specialist or general practitioner. During the monitoring process, we are on call at 800 500 408.
Sleep apnea / snoring or breathlessness
The first symptom of potential problems. Sleep disturbances (most commonly pharyngeal function), the obstructive apnea, are one of the major causes of cardiovascular disease. The respiratory arrest is very hard for the heart, it increases blood pressure and heartbeat. The result is increased secretion of stress hormones leading to inflammatory processes. As a result, there is a significant increase in the likelihood that you will experience hypertension or a heart attack in the final. If apnea is diagnosed, there are several approaches and therapies today to eliminate the disease. The basis is diagnosis and exclusion or confirmation of apnea.Sleep laboratories in hospitals or other dormitory facilities have long waiting times, and the evidence of diagnosis despite the facilities of these centers is mostly due to the inconvenience of the patient, who often sleeps only for a few moments, limited by hospital bed, operation of the department, set of devices connected, etc. This is why the benefits of home diagnostics have been more and more appreciated in recent years. Our surveillance center offers a home-based polygraphy, a measurement-based diagnosis (breathing function, blood saturation, ECG, blood pressure holter, or sound recording for snoring and barrier evaluation) in 3-day mode in the comfort of your own bed. Throughout the monitoring process, we are on call at 800 500 408.
Hypertension, blood pressure disorders
Arterial hypertension, often only hypertension or increased blood pressure, is a disease in which there is a chronic increase in blood pressure in the bloodstream. It has a direct relationship to the development of stroke and ischemic heart disease, which leads to myocardial infarction. The Monitoring center will equip you with a weekly record, so-called pressure holter, the evaluated measurement data will be sent to your practitioner or specialist. Throughout the monitoring process, we are on call at 800 500 408.
Respiratory diseases, lung problems, asthma, cough, stay in a polluted environment, smoking
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a systemic inflammatory disease that primarily affects the respiratory system. Approximately 8% of the population is affected in the Czech Republic, especially males, but the incidence increases in women (smoking), the mortality due to this disease is about 2,000 patients per year. The cause of death is cardiovascular disease or bronchogenic carcinoma, respiratory failure. The surveillance center offers several-day / several-week spirometry monitoring (together with pressure, ECG and oximeters) for early detection and evaluation of pneumological / respiratory diseases. We will pass the evaluation and the measured data to your GP or specialist. Throughout the monitoring process, we are available to you at 800 500 408.
Obesity, cardiovascular complications and lifestyle
Are you or your child suffering from obesity? If you read these lines, you are on the right track :) Excessive weight, lack of movement and unhealthy diet are notorious factors for cardiovascular disease (diabetes, high blood pressure, heart rhythm disturbances - heart attacks, etc.) The National Monitoring Center offers you a package (pressure gauge, personal weight, motion sensor for energy consumption evaluation) and mobile HUB for transmitting measured values. All the time we are available at 800 500 408 for you and we can share your data with your GP or specialist. Motivate and watch your children with these problems. Already with regular measurements, besides the monitored data, the child gets a self-discipline. It includes a regular weekly report and regular communication with parents, possibly a child or a motivated adult patient. Monitoring is usually meaningful for a minimum of 1-3 months (individually or longer).
for early detection in the primary (suspicion of illness) or secondary prevention (I'm a chronic but I do not want to get worse):
- diabetes and its complications (glycemic level measurement, insulin dosage, monitoring of cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus, ECG)
- continuous temperature measurement for severe influenza, inflammatory or other illnesses
