Coaguchek@ Inrange

Description and functions

  • It is used to determine prothrombin time (PT) from fresh capillary blood
  • Prothrombin time is the time at which the blood sample forms a coagulum (blood clot). This time is further recalculated to the International Standard Ratio (INR)
  • Allows easy monitoring and detection of changes in blood clotting, for example, in the reduction of vitamin K levels, after liver damage after warfarin delivery
  • A test strip is used for measurement. The blood from finger is applied to the strip and the results is displayed on the display in INR, %Q or in second
